Le Tyrol ****
Le Saboïa est un charmant chalet de style savoyard (construit avec de vieilles pierres et
du vieux bois du village) composé de 6 appartements.
Situé au pied des pistes (départ et retour au chalet skis aux pieds), ainsi qu’au cœur du
village de Montchavin, permettant un accès facile à toutes commodités (50m).
Le Tyrol, situé au deuxième étage du chalet, est un duplex de 33m2 pouvant accueillir 4
personnes classé 4 étoiles par les gîtes de France en 2023, comprenant un casier à ski
propre à l’appartement.
RDC :
La pièce principale comportent le séjour et la cuisine, qui se
composent d’un four, un micro-ondes, des plaques à inductions, un lave-vaisselle, un frigidaire, une cafetière Nespresso; le coin salon dispose d’un bed express (140×190 cm) ainsi
qu’une cheminée.
De plus vous trouverez une salle d’eau avec douche à l’italienne en marbre.
ETAGE:
Dans la chambre située à l’étage, sous les toits, vous trouverez un lit queen size (160×200 cm ) ainsi qu’un lavabo et une TV.
Un terrain commun à 50m de l’appartement est mis à votre disposition avec une table de
ping-pong l’été. L’hiver la location comprends une place ainsi que des réductions sur les cours collectifs et sur la location de matériel de ski.
Vous pourrez admirez la vue sur le Mont Blanc, sur le massif du Beaufortin et sur la Pierra Menta grâce à ses deux balcons (un dans le séjour et un dans la chambre).

Le tapis de bain ainsi que les torchons sont disponibles dans le logement durant votre
séjour.

L’hiver les tarifs débutent à partir de 590€/ semaine et l’été à partir de 500€/ semaine. La prestation ménage est comprise dans le prix de la location sauf le ménage de la cuisine qui doit être fait lors de votre départ.
Le chalet est situé en face du télésiège “Montchavin” (80m) offrant un accès direct au
domaine Paradiski (domaine des Arcs et de La Plagne) reliés par le plus grand téléphérique au Monde : le Vanoise Express (capacité de 200 personnes sur 2 étages).
La station dispose d’un espace aquatique “Espace Paradisio” (piscine, toboggans, sauna,
jacuzzi, massages..) situé en face du chalet (100m). Ainsi qu’un cinéma (30m).
La gare SNCF la plus proche se situe à Landry (7 km) des navettes et taxis sont
disponibles afin de vous conduire à Montchavin.
